User Data Deletion Request
This is a general informational template, not legal advice. Consult a qualified attorney about your specific obligations.
Effective date: October 30, 2026
You can request deletion of personal information held by the Rabbi Yaakov Trump website or associated with its Facebook integration. This page provides manual data deletion instructions; it is not an automated Facebook deletion callback.
1. Remove the Facebook connection
If you authorized an app or Page connection, open Facebook Settings and look for Apps and Websites or Business Integrations. Select the relevant connection and choose Remove. Facebook’s menu labels may vary by device and account type. Removing access stops future access under that authorization, but does not by itself guarantee deletion of copies previously stored by a connected service.
2. Send a deletion request
Visit Rabbi Trump’s Facebook profile and use Facebook’s Message option to send a private message with the subject or first line “Website Data Deletion Request.”
In your message, please include:
- Your name or the name used when interacting with the website.
- Your Facebook profile or Page URL, if relevant.
- The information or interaction you want removed, with an approximate date or relevant link if available.
- Whether you want all personal information associated with that interaction deleted or only specific information.
You do not need to publish a comment or post your request publicly. Do not send your Facebook password, access tokens, payment information, or identity documents. If additional verification is needed, we will explain the minimum information required through the private conversation.
3. Review and confirmation
We will review your request, verify that you are entitled to make it, and delete applicable personal information under our control unless retention is required or permitted by law. We aim to respond within 30 days of receiving a sufficiently detailed request, subject to any shorter deadline required by applicable law. If more time or information is needed, we will explain why. We will reply in the same private conversation with the outcome.
What deletion covers
Where applicable, deletion covers information you supplied directly to us and personal information stored by our website’s Facebook connection that is associated with you. If we do not hold information matching your request, we will tell you. Deletion requests do not require you to have a website account.
Limits and third-party data
We cannot delete your Facebook account, posts on Facebook itself, or information independently held by Meta or other third parties. Use those services’ own controls to delete their copies. If public content continues to be available from a source, tell us the exact link so we can consider preventing it from being displayed again. Limited information may be retained where legally required or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or documenting that a request was handled. Backup copies may persist until normal backup rotation, subject to applicable requirements.
For more information about how the website handles information, read our Privacy Policy.
